Up to five consultants. One shared brain
Everyone works from the same client and project knowledge — meetings, decisions, commitments, stakeholders and history — while using their own Claude, email, calendar and other tools.
When someone joins your team, they don't start from scratch. They already know what happened, what's still open and what needs attention next.
One shared source of truth
Everyone works from the same connected client record.
Meetings, decisions, commitments, documents, stakeholders, and project history stay linked and up to date as the work progresses.
So five consultants avoid working on five different interpretations of the same project.
The knowledge stays with the firm, not with the person who happened to be in the room.
Shared where it should be. Private where it matters
Client and project knowledge is shared across the team.
Personal coaching, private notes and individual working context stay private to each consultant.
You get one shared organisational memory without making everything visible to everyone.

Everyone works from their own tools
Each consultant uses Tessentra through their own Claude and connects their own email, calendar, meeting recorder, files and other tools.
No shared accounts. No password sharing.
The knowledge is shared. The individual tools and accounts remain yours.
One person sets up the firm's shared knowledge structure. Everyone else connects to it.
One meeting. One record
If several people from your team join the same client meeting, the system recognises that they're looking at the same event.
Instead of creating duplicate meetings, decisions, and commitments, it brings everything together into a single connected record while preserving the original sources.
One meeting stays one meeting, however many people from your team attended.

Original sources preserved
Knowledge compounds across the team
One consultant learns something about a stakeholder. Another gets an important decision by email. A third delivers the next workshop.
That knowledge doesn't stay fragmented across three people and three sets of tools. It becomes part of the same client context that the whole team can work from.
Every interaction makes the shared brain smarter for everyone.

Built for teams of up to five
Tessentra works for one consultant or a team of up to five.
Everyone gets access to the same shared client knowledge while working through their own Claude and connected accounts.
There is no separate team edition and no additional Tessentra fee for adding colleagues within that limit.
Common questions
Yes. Each person works through their own Claude and connects their own tools.
Remove their access to the shared workspace and uninstall Tessentra from their Claude. The client and project knowledge stays with the firm.
Not currently. The product is designed for small, trusted teams where everyone can access the shared client knowledge.
That's fine. Tessentra creates its own structured area and doesn't need to replace the rest of your workspace.
More than five people?
Larger teams introduce a different set of requirements: roles, administration, permissions and client-level access for employees, associates and freelancers.
Tessentra is currently designed for teams of up to five.
