One knowledge layer. One intelligent AI engine. Your consulting practice supercharged.

Tessentra connects the knowledge scattered across your email, meetings, calendar, files and tools — remembering the context, understanding what matters, and turning it into better, faster work with an interconnected and customisable set of consulting-specific skills.

Runs on Claude, Notion and your preferred tech stack. Nothing to code. Set up and customise in an evening.

Connects to your tech stack

MCP connections give Claude access to the tools you already use, allowing it to read across them, connect the context, and orchestrate work between them. Your data stays with you. We don’t receive or store your client information.

  • Outlook
  • Teams
  • SharePoint
  • OneDrive
  • Google Drive
  • Gmail

and twelve more

AI is only as good as the context you give it. Today, most of that context is scattered

Your client history sits in email.

Decisions live in meeting transcripts.

Deliverables are buried in folders.

Commitments are somewhere between your calendar, notes and memory.

So every time you use AI, you rebuild the context before it can do useful work. And when the conversation ends, much of that context disappears again.

The result: an incredibly capable AI working with only a fraction of what your consulting firm actually knows.

From scattered information to a working second brain in six steps

Six simple steps take you from an empty system and disconnected tech stack to a second brain that knows your consulting practice, works across your tools, and improves as you use it.

  1. Five minutes

    Install

Download one file and add it to Claude. Then connect your Notion account, so it has somewhere to build.

  2. About 30 minutes

    Make it yours

Claude asks about your practice: what you do, who your clients are, how you work and what your confidentiality rules allow. You answer in plain English, and it builds the Notion structure around you. No databases to design, no templates to fill in.

  3. About 20 minutes

    Connect your tools

Connect your email, calendar, AI note taker, cloud storage and other productivity tools via MCP. Claude can then work across them, connecting context into one intelligent system.

  4. From day one

    Build the memory

Your second brain starts learning from the work you already do. Meetings, emails and documents become structured knowledge — decisions, commitments, open questions and stakeholder context, connected to the right client and engagement.

  5. Immediately — and increasingly over time

    Put it to work

30+ interconnected consulting-specific skills work from that shared knowledge. Prepare client calls, receive workday briefings, build proposals and deliverables, monitor your market and review your week.

    Explore all skills

  6. A weekly improvement loop

    Let it improve

Once a week it reviews how the system has been used and where individual skills could work better, then recommends specific improvements. You decide what to accept. Every engagement adds to the next.

Enter Tessentra. Your second brain.

Everything you say, save and create — connected

It reads the tools you already use

Email, calendar, Teams, Slack, meeting transcripts, files and more. No manual entry, forms or tagging.

It understands what's inside

A meeting isn't stored as one block of text. It identifies the decisions, commitments, open questions, stakeholder insights and important dates within it.

Which decisions are still open and who owns them?

Two are open. The Q3 data caveat sits with you, before Thursday. Final sign-off sits with Paul.

Put your firm's knowledge to work

A connected set of AI skills built around the work your consulting firm does every day.

They don't start from a blank prompt. Every skill works from the same client knowledge, firm context and working rules — so the more your practice knows, the more useful they become.

Win the deal

Walk into discovery prepared, qualify opportunities, build proposals from what the client actually said, and follow up with the full relationship history already understood.

Discovery Call, Proposal Builder, Outbound Email

Deliver the work

Build decks, reports, white papers and other deliverables in your structure, your branding and your standards — with quality checks before anything leaves the firm.

Run the business

Start every day and week with the context already assembled: meetings, commitments, unanswered messages, stalled engagements and upcoming priorities.

Daily Briefing, Weekly Review, Session Handoff

Watch the market

Track competitors, important voices and emerging market narratives — and understand what changed, why it matters and where you have something to say.

Publish

Transform the thinking already happening inside your consulting work into articles, posts and newsletters that sound like you — without creating another job.

Improve

Learn from your meetings, improve existing skills, adapt when the underlying technology changes and create entirely new capabilities around the way your firm works.

One connected intelligence underneath it all

The skills share the same structured knowledge base and intelligence layer — so a proposal, a Monday briefing and a competitor review can all work from the context your practice has already built.

Ask a question. Get an answer grounded in everything you already know

This is the difference between AI that can answer a prompt and AI that understands the context behind the work.

“Where are we with Meridian?”
Third client call completed. Cathy is your champion, but Paul appears to hold the final decision. The proposal went out eleven days ago and has been followed up twice. Cathy is still active on other threads, so this looks more like a delay than disengagement. Still open: the Q3 data caveat she asked you to confirm in writing.

Up to five consultants. One shared brain

Everyone shares the same client and project knowledge – meetings, decisions, commitments, stakeholders and history – while using their own Claude, email, calendar and other tools.

When one consultant learns something, the whole practice benefits. When someone joins a project, they already know what happened, what’s still open and what needs attention next.

Five private contexts

Shared where it should be. Private where it matters

Shared across the practice
  • Meetings
  • Decisions
  • Commitments
  • Stakeholders
  • History

Client knowledge stays with the firm, while personal notes, coaching and individual working context stay private.

The knowledge compounds across the team, instead of staying scattered across people, inboxes and meetings.

See how it works for teams

Your client knowledge stays under your control

Your structured client and project knowledge lives in your own Notion workspace. Claude processes information through your own Claude account. We do not receive, store or have access to the client records you create.

During setup, you decide what the system may capture, what should stay private and what should never be recorded. Those rules become part of how Tessentra works, so you don’t have to remember them every time.

When an engagement ends, you can review what the system holds, correct it and remove what you no longer need.

Fractal Force

Over months of live client work, we turned scattered prompts and workflows into a single, connected system that remembers our clients, understands how we work, and helps run the firm.

Every skill exists because there was a real consulting or management job we wanted to do better.

  • Built by consultants.
  • Tested on real work.
  • Improved every day we use it.

Our story

Questions consultants ask before they buy

  • That can be a limitation.

If your client requires you to work entirely on a client-issued device or inside systems that cannot be connected to Claude or Notion, Tessentra may not have access to enough of the work to provide its full value.

If that describes your situation, talk to us before buying and we’ll tell you whether it is likely to work.

  • Those platforms evolve, and occasionally a change can affect part of the system.

We use Tessentra ourselves, so compatibility issues affect our own consulting practice too. Where an update is needed, fixes and compatibility improvements are included during your 12-month update period.

  • Your structured client and project records stay in the Notion workspace you control. Claude processes information through your own Claude account when you use the system.

Fractal Force does not receive, store or have access to your client records as part of the product, setup or update process.

You remain responsible for deciding what client information your agreements and internal policies allow you to process through Claude, Notion and any other services you connect.

  • Yes.

The underlying technologies are available to everyone.

What takes time is turning them into a system that works reliably across real consulting work: deciding how information should be structured, what context each task needs, how clients stay separated, how corrections persist, how updates are handled and which skills are actually useful.

That is the part we have spent months building, using and improving inside our own consulting practice.
