What Expert Setup covers
Expert Setup is designed to help you configure the existing system correctly for your practice.
It includes configuration, guidance, validation and minor adjustments.
It does not include historical data migration, custom integrations, extensive bespoke skill development, IT administration or redesigning an existing Notion environment.
If you need something more substantial, talk to us.

Tessentra runs inside tools you control.
You will need your own compatible:
- Claude account
- Notion account
- email and calendar accounts
- any meeting recorder, file storage or other tools you choose to connect
Subscriptions to third-party services such as Claude and Notion are not included in the price.

Tessentra is designed for boutique consulting practices.
One purchase covers up to five consultants working from the same shared knowledge base.
Everyone uses their own Claude and connects their own accounts. The client and project knowledge is shared across the practice.
No separate team edition. No additional Tessentra fee when a second, third or fifth consultant joins.
12 months of updates included
Claude, Notion and the tools around them keep evolving. So does Tessentra.
Your purchase includes 12 months of product improvements, fixes and compatibility updates.
